His career has been spent in the trenches of early and growth-stage businesses — launching fintechs into crowded markets, scaling consumer brands from zero to multi-million-pound revenue, and repositioning B2B platforms across global markets. That operator experience taught him a clear conviction: marketing is not a stream of content sitting on top of a business, it is a system.
